Cancellation Policy

As part of your subscription, you get a free 30-minute consultation every two weeks. We want to make sure you get the most out of your time with us, so here are a few simple guidelines: Consultations are booked through our online calendar — quick and easy! Please book at least 24 hours in advance so we can prepare for your session. Consultations are just for you as the subscriber and can’t be transferred to someone else. Life happens! If you need to reschedule, please do so at least 24 hours before your appointment. If you cancel late or miss a session, it will count as your consultation for that period. Running late? We’ll do our best to fit you in, but if you’re more than 10 minutes late, your time may be shortened. A Few Extra Notes: Consultations don’t roll over — be sure to use them during your billing cycle. These sessions are included as part of your subscription (there’s no extra cost). If we ever need to reschedule on our end, we’ll work with you to find the soonest possible time. We’re here to make this process easy and valuable for you — so you can get the legal support you need, when you need it.
