Prospective Clients: Book an Initial Consultation ($100, up to 30 minutes). Fee is nonrefundable but will be applied to legal fees if you retain our services.

Members: Book your Member Consultation (free, one every two weeks as part of your subscription).

Initial Legal Consultation: Your payment of the non-refundable consultation fee entitles you to up to 30 minutes of the attorney's time. The consultation will provide you with an opportunity to discuss with the attorney the facts and circumstances surrounding your legal matter. Your payment of the consultation fee does not mean that the firm represents you in your case. That will happen only upon signing an agreement for representation and paying the requested retainer or flat fee. Please note that our standard consultation fee does not include document review prior to the consultation. However, our attorney will be pleased to go over your documents with you at the consultation and discuss the next steps in pursuing your legal matter. All communications made by you to your consulting attorney during the consultation are covered by attorney-client privilege.
