Initial Legal Consultation
Service Description
The consultation will provide you with an opportunity to discuss with the attorney the facts and circumstances surrounding your legal matter. Your payment of the consultation fee does not mean that the firm represents you in your case. That will happen only upon signing an agreement for representation and paying the requested retainer or flat fee. Please note that our standard consultation fee does not include document review prior to the consultation. However, our attorney will be pleased to go over your documents with you at the consultation and discuss the next steps in pursuing your legal matter.
Cancellation Policy
A consultation is available for $100 and lasts up to 30 minutes. If you decide to retain our services after your consultation, the $100 fee will be applied toward your legal fees. Payment is required at the time of booking to confirm your appointment. Consultation fees are nonrefundable, even if you cancel or do not attend. If you need to reschedule, please do so at least 24 hours in advance. We’ll be happy to move your appointment to another available time. You may reschedule or cancel up to 24 hours in advance for a full refund. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice are non-refundable. Consultations are designed to provide initial guidance and answer questions. They do not create an attorney-client relationship unless and until a formal agreement is signed.
