Effective Date: Date of Purchase
Provider: OAW Legal Services, LLC (“Firm”).
Subscriber: The individual or entity purchasing a subscription (“Subscriber” or “You”).

By purchasing any subscription plan, You agree to the following terms and conditions. Your purchase constitutes acceptance of this Agreement, which governs Your subscription.

1. Purpose of Subscription
This Agreement establishes a subscription-based availability retainer for ongoing access to certain legal services. The goal of this program is to provide affordable, accessible, and predictable legal support.

2. Nature of Relationship
a.    Subscription establishes an availability retainer for the services listed in your plan, not a traditional engagement.
b.    Subscription provides access to services as described in Section 3 but does not constitute full legal representation in any specific matter.
c.    Full representation in litigation, negotiations, administrative hearings, or third-party communications requires a separate engagement agreement and may incur additional fees. Such work is billed at the attorney’s standard hourly rate of $350/hour, with subscriber discounts applied.

3. Services Included
Services vary by plan (Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum). Depending on Your plan, services may include:
•    Consultations: Time-limited consultations with an attorney.
•    Legal Q&A: Written responses to Subscriber-submitted questions (limits apply).
•    Document Review: Review of documents within page limits per plan.
•    Notary Services: In-office notarizations within reasonable limits.
•    Legal Guides & Templates: Access to Firm resources.
•    Discounted Hourly Rates: Percentage discounts off the Firm’s standard hourly rate of $350 for work not covered by the subscription.

Reasonable Use: Unlimited services (e.g., notarization, Q&A) are subject to reasonable use limits, as defined in Section 8.

4. Exclusions
This Agreement does not include:
•    Litigation or contested proceedings.
•    Drafting or filing of pleadings or complex contracts beyond plan allowances.
•    Negotiations with third parties.
•    Bulk notarizations or real estate closings.
•    Services outside Maryland or DC.
•    Representation in matters where a conflict of interest exists.

5. Fees and Billing
a.    Monthly Plans: Billed in advance each month.
b.    Annual Plans: Billed in advance for 12 months and include discounted rates (2 months free equivalent).
c.    Introductory Offer: New subscribers who enroll by December 31, 2025 receive 15%.
d.    Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled with notice (see Section 6).
e.    No Roll-Over: Unused services expire at the end of the billing cycle.

6. Cancellation and Termination
a.    Subscriber Cancellation: You may cancel with at least 30 days’ written notice prior to the next billing cycle.
b.    Firm Termination: The Firm may suspend or terminate if:
a.    Payment lapses.
b.    Services are misused (excessive/unreasonable requests).
c.    A conflict of interest arises.
c.    Upon termination, all earned fees remain with the Firm.

7. Confidentiality
All consultations, Q&A, and document reviews are subject to attorney-client privilege and will be kept confidential under Maryland and DC law.

8. Reasonable Use Policy
To maintain fair access for all Subscribers:
•    Consultations: Time limits apply (30–60 minutes depending on plan).
•    Legal Q&A: Subject to number caps per plan. Platinum “unlimited” Q&A is capped at 10 substantive questions per month.
•    Document Review: Limited by page count (10–25 pages depending on plan).
•    Notary Services: Platinum “unlimited” notarizations are capped at 10 per month and exclude bulk notarizations/closings.
The Firm reserves the right to decline requests deemed excessive or outside the scope of the subscription.

9. Governing Law
This Agreement is governed by the laws and ethical rules of Maryland and the District of Columbia.

10. Entire Agreement
This Agreement, along with the plan details published on the Firm’s website, constitutes the full understanding between Subscriber and the Firm.

11. Acceptance of Terms
By purchasing a subscription, You confirm that You have read, understood, and agree to this Agreement and authorize recurring billing under the terms of Your selected plan.

PLAN ADDENDUMS
Each Subscriber’s plan is governed by the Master Subscription Membership Agreement. The following Addendum sets forth the specific benefits of the Subscriber’s selected plan. Each Addendum is incorporated into and governed by the Master Subscription Membership Agreement.
The Effective Date is the date of purchase.
 

Addendum A — Bronze Plan ($150/month or $1,500/year)

• 2 consultations per month (30 minutes each)

• 2 legal Q&A submissions per month

• 1 document review per month (up to 5 pages)

• Annual Legal Health Check

• 1 notarization per month

• Access to basic legal guides & checklists

• 5%-10% discount on additional legal services billed at hourly rate

 

Addendum B — Silver Plan ($300/month or $3,000/year)

• 2 consultations per month (30 minutes each)

• 1 extra strategy session (45 minutes)

• 4 legal Q&A submissions per month

• 3 document reviews per month (up to 10 pages each)

• Priority scheduling

• 2 notarizations per month

• Access to expanded guides & checklists

• 10%-15% discount on additional legal services billed at hourly rate

 

Addendum C — Gold Plan ($450/month or $4,500/year)

• 2 consultations per month (30 minutes each)

• 6 legal Q&A submissions per month

• 5 document reviews per month (up to 15 pages each)

• Quarterly legal strategy review (60 minutes)

• 4 notarizations per month

• Access to full library of guides & templates

• 15%-20% discount on additional legal services billed at hourly rate

 

Addendum D — Platinum Plan ($650/month or $6,500/year)

• 2 consultations per month (30 minutes each)

• Up to 10 substantive Q&A submissions per month (reasonable use)

• Unlimited document reviews per month (up to 15 pages each)

• Annual comprehensive legal planning session (90 minutes)

• Up to 10 notarizations per month (reasonable use; excludes bulk/closings)

• Full template & checklist library + custom guides

• 20%-25% discount on additional legal services billed at hourly rate
